Contrail started in 2014 with two brokers and one phone in Mayfair. Today we arrange more than 1,400 flights a year, and the phone is still answered by a person.
Our story
Brokers, not a booking app.
We do not own aircraft. That is the point. Every trip, we look at the whole market and pick the jet that fits: the right size, the right runway, the right price.
Our desk has flown clients to 300 airports in 60 countries. We know which ones close at night, which need a special crew, and where the good catering comes from.
Contrail arranges flights as agent for licensed operators. Every operator we use is audited by us twice a year.
