Four checks, every operator.

Air operator certificate
Every operator holds a UK or EU certificate. We check it is current before every booking.

Pilot hours and training
Captains with at least 3,000 hours, recurrent simulator training every six months.

Maintenance records
We read the aircraft’s maintenance log and ask for any open defects before we book it.

Insurance
At least £500m liability cover on every aircraft, with Contrail named on the policy.
